Hampers are delivered by Courier Companies during business hours Monday to Friday ONLY (excluding Public Holidays etc). If the recipient (receiver) is not at home then a slip will be left in their letterbox either for a redelivery. However due to the nature of product (chocolate hamper) its highly recommended that someone is at home on the day of delivery.

*AN "AUTHORITY TO LEAVE" STICKER CAN BE PLACED ON YOUR PARCEL IF YOU WOULD LIKE YOUR GIFT LEFT FOR YOUR RECIPIENT IF THEY ARE NOT HOME AT TIME OF DELIVERY. PLEASE INDICATE THIS IN THE COMMENTS/NOTES SECTION OF YOUR ONLINE ORDER.

The Direct Store do not offer timed deliveries. The reason being our couriers operate independent of us. However we always ensure that any specific instruction are written on your parcel in an effort to ensure your wishes are carried through.

When you are purchasing your gift, you may specify your "preferred" delivery date - but please be advised that this delivery date may not be possible due to circumstances beyond our control. Delayed deliveries does not constitute a failure of service.Please advise our office should you become aware that your gift has not been received in accordance with time frames detailed above. We will track your parcel and solve any problems as soon as we can for you

Hampers purchased on Public Holiday's or Saturday or Sunday will be processed the next business day.

We do not accept responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances beyond our control. Delivery charges are not refundable.

We take no responsibility for incorrect addresses. If the delivery address supplied is incorrect and items are returned, then a re-delivery fee will apply.
